Size it to the crowd. A basket going to an office of twelve needs more to divide than one going to a couple. When in doubt, the larger size is the safer error, because a basket that runs out early is remembered for the wrong reason.

Choose a basket over a box when the recipient is a household, a team, or a front desk, and when the gift will be delivered by hand rather than shipped. For a single executive or a client you know personally, a box is usually the better read.
