Orders & Custom Gifting
Absolutely. Many of our gift boxes can be customized with different products, colour palettes, branded touches, or special requests. If you have something specific in mind, reach out—we'll help create something that's just right.
In many cases, yes. Whether you'd like to swap an item, create a themed gift, or build something completely custom, we'll work with you to create a gift that feels personal.
Yes! Every gift includes a complimentary personalized note. Simply leave your message at checkout, and we'll print it on one of our signature cards—because every thoughtful gift deserves thoughtful words.
Never. We don't include invoices, receipts, or pricing inside any gift shipment. Your recipient receives only a beautifully packaged surprise.

Yes. Every Biggest Little Basket is assembled after your order is placed. Unlike mass-produced gifts that may sit in a warehouse for weeks or months, our gourmet products are packed fresh, giving your recipient the best possible experience.

We offer boutique hand delivery throughout Reno and Sparks, Nevada, and carefully pack and ship gift baskets nationwide across the United States.
Yes! We provide boutique hand delivery throughout the Reno and Sparks area. For recipients outside our local delivery radius, we offer nationwide shipping to doorsteps across the U.S.
Local delivery within Reno and Sparks is $15 per address. Orders that meet our current free shipping threshold qualify for complimentary standard shipping.
Once your order leaves our Reno studio, standard shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days. Need it sooner? Expedited shipping options are also available.
Depending on the destination and our production schedule, we can often accommodate same-day or next-day delivery within Reno and Sparks. If you're on a tight timeline, contact us—we'll always let you know what's possible.
While we're primarily a delivery and shipping studio, we can occasionally arrange local pickup by request. Reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate your schedule.
While it's rare, we stand behind every gift we send. If your order arrives damaged or there's an issue during delivery, contact us as soon as possible and we'll work quickly to make it right.
Corporate Gifting
There's no minimum. Whether you're sending one thank-you gift to a valued client or coordinating hundreds of employee gifts, every order receives the same attention to detail.
Absolutely. We regularly coordinate multi-address corporate shipments nationwide. Simply send us your recipient list, and we'll handle the logistics—including individual gift messages, packaging, and tracking information.
For most corporate orders, we recommend placing your order at least two weeks in advance. Larger orders (50+) and holiday gifting are best planned three to four weeks ahead. That said, we've pulled off some impressive last-minute projects—so don't hesitate to ask.
Yes. We offer custom logo inserts, branded ribbon, custom packaging, and printed or handwritten note cards. We'll work with you to create gifts that feel like a natural extension of your brand.
Our corporate gifts start at $50 for a thoughtful desk-side gesture and go to $500+ for fully custom, show-stopping presentations. Most corporate orders fall in the $100–$300 range per gift, but we work within any budget. Tell us what you're working with and we'll make it beautiful.
Either way. We can build 200 identical gifts for consistency, or customize each one based on the recipient. Some clients do a mix — the same base gift with personalized notes or small variations. We're flexible.
We do. Several of our corporate clients work with us on quarterly or annual gifting schedules — client birthdays, employee anniversaries, holiday programs, new hire welcome gifts. We'll help you build a calendar and handle it all so you never miss a moment.

Unlike traditional retailers where gifts might wait in a warehouse, every one of our baskets and boxes ishand-curated and assembled only once your order is placed. This "made-to-order" philosophy ensures that every artisanal provision arrives at peak freshness with its full shelf life ahead, and every keepsake is handled with boutique care.
Yes. We regularly deliver to hotels, resorts, hospitals, offices, businesses, and event venues throughout the Reno area. Simply provide the recipient's information and any delivery instructions when ordering.
We specialize in it. From high-volume convention welcome gifts to "Thank You" baskets for local clients, we offer custom branding, volume tiers, and reliable turnaround times for Reno’s professional community.
If there's a reason to celebrate (or even a reason to commiserate), we have a box for it. We are the local go-to for birthdays, housewarmings in new Reno developments, sympathy, new babies, and "just because" moments.
Product & Ingredients
Many of our gift boxes can be adapted for dietary preferences, including gluten-free, vegetarian, nut-free, and other special requests whenever possible. If you have specific needs, let us know—we're happy to help.
They do. Our premium "True Bloom" florals are designed to replicate the look and feel of fresh flowers, with realistic texture and natural colouring. They're beautiful enough to be mistaken for fresh blooms while lasting for years to come.
