Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on any of our gift baskets, gift boxes or shop items. If you happen not to like an item included, simply re-gift it to a friend!
However, we do offer replacements in the event of damaged items with proof of damage within 3 days of receipt. Please include a photo of the damaged item as well as a photo of the shipping box as our shipping provider requires us to submit photos to them when claims are made. We cannot offer a replacement without proof of damage.
We are the first to admit that we don't always get it right. And when we don't, we will work with you and do our best to make it right!
Please contact us at contact@biggestlittlebaskets.com with subject line 'Damaged Item' when emailing regarding damage to a product. We must be notified within 3 days of receipt of the damaged item(s). We only offer replacements in the event of damaged items with proof of damage.
