Shipping policy

Shipping policy:

We currently offer local delivery within the Reno, Nevada area (within approximately 20 miles) for a $15 delivery fee per address.

We ship to the contiguous United States for a flat $9.99 shipping fee.

Free standard shipping or complimentary local delivery is offered on all orders over $200.

If a ship date is not specified at checkout, orders will typically ship within 3–4 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that large custom or specialty orders may require additional processing time depending on size and complexity.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped, so you’ll know exactly when to keep an eye out for your delivery.

Tracking information is provided upon shipping. 

Once your box is marked as delivered, responsibility is released. We are not responsible for stolen packages, packages left unattended, or orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check all shipping details before completing your purchase—especially when sending gifts. While we’re excellent at curating beautiful baskets and boxes, we can’t reroute a package once it’s on its way (or read minds about where it was meant to go 😉).
